All products included in our selections are carefully considered and researched. However, not everything always goes as planned. We resolve these situations as fairly and quickly as possible. All products purchased from Odo Ring have at least a 1-year warranty. Our customer service will be happy to help you with warranty matters. On a case-by-case basis, we can refund the product either with a new product or by returning the money.

This is how you make a complaint:

1. Fill out the complaint form below.

Include all required information in the form and describe as precisely as possible what is wrong with your product. We also strongly recommend attaching pictures or a video of the fault if possible, as this can speed up processing. After receiving your complaint, we will try to handle your case as quickly as possible.

2. Notification of our decision

When the processing is complete, we will contact you by email. If your complaint is accepted, has the right to repair the product, replace it completely with a new one, or agree on a possible price reduction. If none of the options mentioned above is possible, then we will refund the value of the product you paid.

Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing or material defects in the product, and not, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear and a long service life. Complaints must be made immediately after the error occurs.

Transport complaint

If your product arrives damaged in transport, proceed as follows:

1. If the damage is visible on the outside of the shipping package, make a complaint immediately to a Posti employee. After that, contact our customer service team.

2. If the damage was only discovered when the package was opened, take a photo of the damage and the shipping package. Contact our customer service team and attach the pictures to the message. You won't waste packaging materials.
